Specimen Requirements

Container/Tube: Adeza® Fetal Fibronectin Specimen Collection Kit
Collection Instructions: Ambient specimen must arrive and be tested within 8 hours of collection. Specimen stored at 2° C to 8° C must be tested within 72 hours of collection. Do not swab if lubricants, disinfectantts, creams or soaps have been used (eg, K-Y® Jelly, lubricant, Betadine®, Monistat® cream, hexachlorophene).
