Reflex Criteria

All urine specimens with urinalysis testing ordered will reflex a urine culture if any of the following abnormalities are present:

Analyte Reflex if:
Nitrites Positive
Leukocyte Esterase 1+ (small) or greater
Bacteria 2+ or greater
WBC's 6-10/HPF or greater
